Felony arrests

Criminal mischief — John Wayne Buckley, 40, of the 200 block of Savage Creek Road, Grants Pass. He was arrested by Central Point Police Sunday for a warrant issued in Josephine County for first-degree criminal mischief and a misdemeanor. Buckley was released on his own recognizance.

Arson — James Anthony Hall, 41, of the 900 block of Murphy Creek Road, Grants Pass. He was arrested by Rogue River Police Saturday for first-degree arson, second-degree arson and a misdemeanor. Hall is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $50,000.

Drugs — Eric Kirk Heyde, 49, of the 100 block of Washington Street, Medford. He was arrested by Central Point Police Saturday for one count each of unlawful manufacture and delivery of a Schedule I controlled substance.

Arson — Tianna Maire Ah Sing, 36, of the 3600 block of Avenue G, White City. She was charged by Jackson County Circuit Court Monday for two counts of fourth-degree assault and arrested by Sheriff’s deputies Sunday for first-degree arson. There are also misdemeanor offenses. Ah Sing is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $285,000 bail.

Strangulation — Brooke Marie Hurtado, 48, of the 1200 block of Northwest Highland Avenue, Grants Pass. She was arrested by Eagle Point Police Sunday for strangulation pertaining to domestic violence and misdemeanors. Hurtado was released on her own recognizance.

Criminal mischief — Andrew Jonathan Prinslow, 30, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for failing to appear for first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanors. Prinslow is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $20,000 bail.

Supplying contraband — Alyssa Anne Rezendes, 31, of the 3200 block of Meridian Road, Eagle Point. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Monday for supplying contraband and misdemeanors. Rezaendes was released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Dillon James Strutz, 30, of the 3200 block of Blackthorn Drive, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Police Monday for failing to appear for a charge of unlawful possession of heroin and a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

Theft — Jennifer Ann Archuleta, no reported address. She was arrested by Ashland police Tuesday for failing to appear on these charges: first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police by vehicle and misdemeanors.

Warrant — James Mark Bishop, 49, of Tulia, Texas. He was arrested by federal agents Monday for a felony warrant issued in Texas. Bishop is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Criminal mischief — Aurie Mereno, 40, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanors. Mereno was released on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Richard Lopaka Metcalf, 62, of the 100 block of East Pine Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for second-degree burglary and misdemeanors. Metcalf is being held for $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Julie Nichole Parke, 43, of the 5700 block of Table Rock, Ashland. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for one count each of possession of heroin and methamphetamine based on a warrant issued in Douglas County. She was released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Jonnee Marie Rainbow Rodriquez, 26, of the 3300 block of Highway 234, White City. She was arrested by Central Point Police Monday for failing to appear for a charge of unlawful possession of heroin and misdemeanors. Rodriquez was released on her own recognizance.

Unlawful vehicle use — Tyler Bryan Smith, 21, no reported address, Gold Hill. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for failing to appear on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, second-degree burglary and multiple misdemeanors. No bail information was available.
