Felony arrests

Criminal mischief -- Noah Tengi Bogart-Woeltje, 39, of the 1400 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court for first-degree criminal mischief and multiple misdemeanors. Bogart-Woeltje is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $129,000 bail, most of which is related to an earlier arrest.

Unlawful use of weapon -- Renae Evelyn Curtis, 27, no reported address, Ashland. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Wednesday for failing to appear for these charges: two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanors. Curtis was released on her own recognizance.

Unauthorized motor vehicle use -- Vanessa Carol Galindo, 24, no reported address. She was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for failing to appear for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanors. Galindo is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $10,500 bail.

Sexual abuse -- Frederick Mark Hutchinson, 64, of the 200 block of Fifth Street, Ashland. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for first-degree sexual abuse and three counts of attempted first-degree sexual abuse. Hutchinson was bailed out of the Jackson County Jail.

Theft -- Matthew Thomas Klettlinger, 60, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for first-degree theft. Klettlinger is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $7,500 bail.

Drugs -- Kevin Christopher Raymond, 40, of the 400 block of Beebe Road, Central Point. He was arrested by Central Point Police Thursday for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Raymond is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $7,500 bail.

Drugs -- Douglas Glen Turnbill, 60, of the 2100 block of Woodlawn Drive, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for one count each of unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamine. Turnbill is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $507,500 bail.
