Felony arrests

Forgery — Lehman Louis Adams Jr., 57, of the 5000 block of Highway 227, Trail. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday for first-degree forgery and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Adams was released on his own recognizance.

Identity theft — Joshua Jacob Collins, 32, of the 200 block of Haven Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for identity theft, criminal possession of a forged instrument, failing to appear for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, multiple misdemeanors and a probation violation. Collins was released on his own recognizance.

Forgery — Linda Lee Josephson, 63, of the 5000 block of Highway 227, Trail. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday for first-degree forgery and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Josephson was released on her own recognizance.

Unauthorized motor vehicle use — Dillon Shane Kropp, 29, of the 1200 block of West Tenth Street, Medford. He was arrested by Phoenix Police Sunday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor. Kropp was released on his own recognizance.

Burglary — James Robert McAllister, 35,of the 300 block of Wilson Road, Central Point. He was arrested by Medford Police Sunday for first-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, two counts of felon in possession of a firearm and misdemeanors. McAllister is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $250,000 bail.

Theft — Thomas Lee Wall Jr., 32, of the 200 block of South Orange Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for first-degree theft and misdemeanors. Wall was released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Shauna J. Langford, 34, of the 4200 block of South Stage Road, Medford. She was arrested by Medford Police Monday for failing to appear for unlawful possession of heroin and a misdemeanor.Langford was released on her own recognizance.

Assault — Daniel Jeffrey Stansell, 19, of the 3000 block of East McAndrews Road, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Monday for two counts of second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse, coercion and a misdemeanor. Stansell is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $50,000 bail.

Unlawful motor vehicle use — Nancy Marizol Villa, 35, no reported address. She was arrested by Medford Police Monday for unlawful use of a motor vehicle. Villa was released on her own recognizance.

Drugs/theft --— Garrett Lee Bradshaw, 34,of the 2600 block of Falcon Street, White City. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Tuesday for first-degree aggravated theft, one count each of unlawful possession, manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine; one count each of unlawful possession, manufacture and delivery of heroin; one count each of unlawful import or export and unlawful delivery of marijuana; and a misdemeanor. No bail information was available.

Drugs — Patricia Ann Carter, 34, no reported address. She was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for failing to appear for these charges: four counts each of unlawful delivery and possession of heroin; one count of unlawful manufacture of heroin; one count each of unlawful delivery and possession of cocaine; one count each of unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamine; first-degree theft; supplying contraband; altering or obliterating firearm identification numbers and a misdemeanor. Carter is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $115,000 bail.

Criminal mischief — Nicoa Sterling Cline, 31, of the 700 block of Reiten Drive, Ashland. He was arrested by Ashland Police Monday for first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

Theft — David James McCarthy, 62, of the 3500 block of Alderwood Drive, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for first-degree theft and a misdemeanor. No bail information was available.

Theft — Oscar Enrique Ramirez Ibarra, 31, of the 1100 block of Crown Avenue, Central Point. He was arrested by Central Point Police Monday for mail theft, first-degree forgery and failure to appear for these charges: first-degree forgery, first-degree theft, one count each of unlawful delivery and possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors. Ramirez Ibarra is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $107,500 bail.

Luring a minor — Marcus Allen Six, 39, of the 1900 Keldan Lane, Grants Pass. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for two counts each of luring a minor and second-degree online sexual corruption of a child. Six is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $30,000 bail.

Theft/drugs — Billy Alan St. Germain, 33, of Hornbrook, Calfirfornia. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court for first-degree theft, unlawful possession of a Schedule III controlled substance and misdemeanors. St. Germain is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $25,000 bail.
