Felony arrests

Drugs — Sabrina Renee Decker, 33, of the 900 block of Beall Lane, Central Point. She was arrested by Medford police Thursday for two counts each of unlawful possession and manufacture of a Schedule II controlled substance; one count of unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance; and attempted delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance. Decker was released on her own recognizance.

Arson — Sergey V. Iltchenko, 33, of Regent Place, Eagle Point. He was arrested by Medford police Thursday for first-degree arson and misdemeanors. Iltchenko is being held in Jackson County for $12,000 bail.

Forgery — Cody Lee Kaeser, 23, of the 4900 block of Old Upton Drive, Central Point. He was arrested Wednesday by Oregon Parole and Probation for first-degree forgery, first-degree theft, identity theft and a probation violation. Kaeser is being held without bail in Jackson County Jail.

DUII — Aaron Joseph LaCombe, 28 no reported address. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for driving under the influence of intoxicants and multiple misdemeanors. LaCombe is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $60,000 bail.

Sex abuse — Randall Alan Lockwood, 55, of the 900 block of South Valley View, Ashland. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree attempted rape and a misdemeanor. Lockwood is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $750,000 bail.

Drugs — Santino Armando Moreno, 41, of the 11400 block of Upper Applegate Road, Jacksonville. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday for unlawful manufacture of heroin. Moreno is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Theft — John Douglas Olson Jr., 54, of the 500 block of Freeman Road, Central Point. He was arrested by Oregon State Police Thursday for first-degree theft and misdemeanors. Olson is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $27,500 bail.

Strangulation — Tyson Joseph Proctor, 35, of Tacoma, Washington. He was arrested by Central Point police Thursday for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse and misdemeanors. Proctor was released on his own recognizance.
