Felony arrests

Not reporting as sex offender — Joshua Raymond Jace Brewer, 40, no reported address. He was arrested by Central Point police Saturday for failing to report as a sex offender. Brewer was released on his own recognizance.

Assault — Joseph Sirrell Gamble, 29, ono reported address. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Sunday for failing to appear for charges of coercion, fourth-degree assault and a misdemeanor. Gamble was released on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Lillian Zamora Milham, 24, of the 4100 block of South View Terrace, Medford. She was arrested by Medford police Saturday for first-degree burglary and misdemeanors. Milham is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $20,000 bail.

Forgery — Ashley Elizabeth Batty, 31, of the 700 block of 11th Street, Medford. She was arrested by Medford police Monday for failure to appear for first-degree forgery and a misdemeanor. Batty was released on her own recognizance.

Eluding — Zachariah James Carnegie, 34, of the 1200 block of West Main Street, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Sunday for three counts of attempting to elude police by vehicle, misdemeanors and a parole violation. Carnegie is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Robbery — Quanah Lee Dunlap, 23, no reported address. She was arrested by Medford police Friday for third-degree robbery, misdemeanors and a probation violation. Dunlap is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Burglary — Amanda Kathrine Jackson, 32, of the 15100 block of Antioch Road, White City. She was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court for first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor. Jackson is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Brandon Scott Matlock, 35, of the 800 block of Mendolia Way, Central Point. He was arrested by Central Point police Monday for failing to appear for two counts of unlawful possession of heroin and multiple misdemeanors. Matlock is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $35,000 bail.

Felony warrant — Damien Demetrius Scissom, 44, of the 800 block of East Jackson Street, Medford. He was arrested by Central Point police Sunday for failing to appear on these charges: two counts of first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle as well as one count each of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors and a felony warrant issued in Nevada. Scissom is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Arson — Iain Curtis Killingsworth, 39, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford police Monday for first-degree arson, second-degree arson, failing to report for probation violations and misdemeanors. Killingsworth is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $57,500 bail.

Burglary — Daryl Lee Melfi, 50, no reported address. He had two counts of attempted first-degree burglary added by Medford police on Monday. Melfi is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $90,000 bail, most of which stems from earlier charges.

Burglary — Dustin Alan Pair, 38, of the 400 block of Fir Street, Brookings. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for failing to appear on the charge of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor. Bail information wasn’t available.
