Felony arrests

Theft — Roy Everett Hays-Pound, 46, of the 600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for failure to appear for first-degree theft. Hays-pound was released on his own recognizance.

Sex abuse — Mark Holcomb, 31, of the 1900 block of Harriman Avenue, Klamath Falls. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for four counts of first-degree sexual abuse. Holcomb is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $1 million bail.

Strangulation — Kenneth John Prince, 64, of the 3900 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for failing to appear on these charges: two counts of strangulation and one count of fourth-degree assault – all pertaining to domestic abuse as well as misdemeanors. Prince was released on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Rhapsody Rehannon Rene Ryan, 35, no reported address. She was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for failing to appear for the charge of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor. Ryan was released on her own recognizance.

Unlawful use of weapon — Carlos Christian Seiter-Sandoval, 20, of the 1700 block of Roberts Road, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanors. Seiter-Sandoval was bailed out of the Jackson County Jail.

Drugs — Victor Martin Vargas, 26, of the 800 block of Alta Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for two counts each of unlawful possession of heroin and cocaine, one count each of unlawful delivery of heroin and cocaine, being a felon in possession of a firearm and a parole violation. Vargas is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.
