Felony arrests

Theft — Jessica Maria Castillo, 24, of the 900 block of Monroe Street, Medford. She was arrested by Medford police Sunday for first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanors. Castillo was released on her own recognizance.

Burglary — Joan Lorranine Ferguson, 29, of the 700 block of Nita Lynne, Medford. She was arrested by Medford police Sunday for two counts of second-degree burglary, one count each of first theft and first-degree criminal mischief as well as two misdemeanors. No bail information was available.

Burglary — Kimberly Rose Hogan, 45, no reported address, Central Point. She was arrested by Medford police Sunday for failing to appear for two counts of second-degree burglary and misdemeanors. Hogan was released on her own recognizance.

Unauthorized vehicle use — Aaron Joseph LaCombe, 29, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford police Sunday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a probation violation. The Jackson County Circuit Court on Monday added charges of driving while under the influence of intoxicants, misdemeanors and a probation violations. La Combe is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Strangulation — Victor A. Marroquin Rodas, 31, of the 1500 block of West Main Street, Medford. He was arrested Sunday by Medford police for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse. Marroquin was released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Matthew Alvin Sisco, 27, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford police Sunday for unlawful delivery of a marijuana item. Sisco was released on his recognizance.

Assault — Robert Carl Baker, 34, of the 1500 block of Highway 227, Trail. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies for first-degree assault, second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanors. Baker is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $100,000 bail.

Unauthorized vehicle use — Arik Lee Caldwell Boucher, 40, no reported address. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Monday for unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle and a misdemeanor. Boucher is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $106,000, most of which is related to an earlier arrest

Unauthorized vehicle use — Jorge Cabrera, 28, no reported address. He was arrested by Talent police Monday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court for misdemeanors. No bail information was available.

Burglary — Cassie Jane Cavagnaro, 33, no reported address. She was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Monday for first-degree burglary and misdemeanors. No bail information was available.

Aggravated theft — Travis Ryan Daniels, 34, of the 1500 block of Oleander Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Monday for failing to appear for charges of first-degree aggravated theft, first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree burglary. Daniels is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $25,000 bail.

Theft — James Dean Orrick, 21, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Monday for first-degree theft, misdemeanors and a probation violation. Orrick was released on his own recognizance.

Theft — Angela Suzanne Biddle, 53, no reported address. She was arrested by Ashland police Tuesday for failing to appear for charges of first-degree theft, first-degree-criminal mischief and multiple misdemeanors. Biddle is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Ira Dean Carney, 63, of the 1500 block of Vilas Drive, Central Point. He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a parole violation. Carney is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Assault — Isaiah Michael Cleveland, 23, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for coercion, fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse and a misdemeanor.

Mail theft — Dominic Agapito Earl Fletes, 20, no reported address. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Tuesday for mail theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Fletes is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Warrant — Zack Francis, 28, of the 400 block of Alder Street, Central Point. He was arrested by Talent police Monday for a warrant issued in Marion County and misdemeanors. Francis is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Driving under the influence — Joseph Christopher Henry, 53, of the 4600 block of North Pacific Highway, Central Point. He was arrested by Central Point Police for driving under the influence of intoxicants and misdemeanors. Henry was bailed out of the Jackson County Jail.

Witness tampering — David Ray Jackson, 45, of the 14300 block of Sprague River Highway, Chiloquin. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for failing to appear for tampering with a witness. No bail information was available.

Identity theft — Bobby Joe Mitchell, 35, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for four counts of identity theft and one count of first-degree theft. Mitchell was bailed out of the Jackson County Jail.

Burglary — Laavale Molioo Jr., 45, of the 1500 block of Grand Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. Molioo is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $320,000 bail, most of which is related to earlier charges.

Assault — Nathan Duane Ramirez, 30, of the 1100 block of West Main Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for coercion, first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse,a misdemeanor and parole violation. Ramirez is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Burglary — Mylen Wayne Varner, 29, of the 1000 block of Royal Court, Medford. He was arrested by Central Point police Tuesday for first-degree theft, second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanors. Varner is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $35,000 bail.

Drugs — Brad Lee Witherell, 41, of the 800 block of Sunny Glen Way, Wolf Creek. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for failing to appear for one count each of unlawful possession of heroin and methamphetamine as well as an out-of-county warrant. No bail information was available.
