Felony arrests

Theft/strangulation — Levi Ryder Buday, 26, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Thursday for first-degree theft and failing to appear for these charges: coercion, first-degree theft, unauthorized use of an automobile, possession of a stolen automobile, one count each of strangulation and fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic violence as well as misdemeanors. He is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $35,500 bail.

Criminal mischief — Zane Anthony Stone Burgess-Parks, 25, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Thursday for failing to appear for first-degree criminal mischief and multiple misdemeanors. Burgess-Parks is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $25,500 bail.

Drugs — James Travis Christy, 37, of the 2200 block of Gene Cameron Way, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Thursday for failing to appear for these charges: two counts of unlawful possession and one count each of unlawful delivery and manufacture of heroin, a misdemeanor and probation violation. Christy is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $40,000 bail.

Drugs — Marcus Allen Fulton, 32, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Thursday for two counts of unlawful possession of heroin, one count of attempting to elude police by vehicle, failing to appear for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanors. Fulton is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $38,000 bail.

Aggravated harassment — Hunter Lee Jaramillo, 21, of the 500 block of Old Ferry Road, Shady Cove. He was arrested by Medford police Thursday for aggravated harassment and a misdemeanor. No bail information was available.

Eluding — Brodie McArthur Larson, 28, of the 1300 block of Brentcrest Drive, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Thursday for failing to appear for attempting to elude police by vehicle and a misdemeanor. Larson was released on his own recognizance.

Warrant — Joshua Christian Perez, 27, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies for a warrant issued in Curry County. He is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $40,000 bail.

Unauthorized motor vehicle use — Gerardo Reyes, 34, of no reported address, Medford. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Reyes is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.
