Felony arrests

Theft by receiving — Brandon James Clark, 32, of the 300 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for theft by receiving. Clay was released on his own recognizance.

Theft — Steven Paul Dawson, 38, of the 600 block of Rossanley Drive, Medford. He was arrested by Phoenix police for first-degree theft, being a felon in possession of a firearm and a misdemeanor. Dawson was released on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Joan Lorranine Ferguson, 30, of the 700 block of Nita Lynne Lane, Medford. She was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor. Ferguson is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $22,500 bail.

Sexual abuse — John W. Haynes, 52, of the 900 block of Murray Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for five counts of first-degree sexual abuse. Haynes is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $500,000 bail.

Theft by receiving — Amber Nicole Humphrey, 37, of the 2400 block of Finley Lane, Medford. She was arrested for theft by receiving and one count each of failing to appear for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police by vehicle and misdemeanors. Humphrey is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $15,000 bail

Unlawful weapon use — Ella Koch, 20, no reported address. She was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon and a misdemeanor. Koch is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Steven Ray LeCroy, 44, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for failing to appear for one count each of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and heroin. LeCroy was released on his own recognizance.

Assault — Logan David Lovrovich, 33, of the 400 block of East Valley View Road, Ashland. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse, unlawful possession of prohibited firearms or silencers, unlawful import, manufacture, transfer or sale of firearms and misdemeanors. Lovrovich is being held in the Jackson County jail for $40,000 bail.

Theft — Nina Marie Marlow, 49, of the 1100 block of Stevens Street, Medford. She was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for theft of lost or mislaid stolen property. Marlow was released on her own recognizance.

Assault on officer — Gregory Paul Ryan, 40, no reported address. He was arrested by Ashland police Wednesday for assault on a peace or public safety officer and misdemeanors. Ryan is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $20,000 bail.

Assault — Ryan James Smith, 27, of the 200 block of Skycrest Drive, Grants Pass. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for second-degree assault. Smith is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Assault on officer -- Thomas Lee Wall Jr., 32, of the 200 block of South Orange Street, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for assault on a peace or public safety officer, first-degree theft, two counts of first-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors and a probation violation. Wall is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $60,000 bail.
