Felony arrests

Identity theft — Jerry Don Brooks Jr., 56, of the 300 block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Sunday for identity theft and misdemeanors. Brooks was released on his own recognizance.

Unlawful weapon use — Joshua Scott Francis, 28, of Cedar Street, Rogue River. He was arrested by Medford police Saturday for unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanors. Francis was released on his own recognizance.

Assault — Stephanie M. Gudaitus, 35, of no reported address, Medford. She was arrested by Medford police She was arrested Sunday for attempted first-degree assault, second-degree assault and multiple misdemeanors. Gudaitus was lodged in the Jackson County Jail for $25,000 bail.

Criminal mischief – James Michael Jones, 34, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Saturday for first-degree criminal mischief and a misdemeanor. Jones was released on his own recognizance.

Robbery — Mariah Ann Richards, 29, of the 1000 block of Royal Avenue, Central Point. She was arrested by Central Point police Saturday for failing to appear for two counts of second-degree robbery. Richards was lodged in the Jackson County Jail for $50,000 bail.

Criminal mischief — Jonathan David Stowe, 40, of reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Saturday for first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanors. Stowe was lodged in the Jackson County Jail for $50,000 bail.

Assault on officer — Angela Rene Vasquez, 22, of no reported address, Medford. She was arrested by Medford police Sunday for assault on a peace or public safety officer and misdemeanors. Vasquez was lodged in the Jackson County Jail for $35,000 bail.

Criminal mischief — Joseph Suede Bianchi, 27, of no reported address, Ashland. He was arrested by Phoenix police Monday for first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanors. No bail information was available.

Unauthorized vehicle use — Jorge Cabrera, 28, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Sunday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanors. Cabrera was released on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Cassie Jane Cavagnaro, 33, of no reported address, Medford. She was arrested Monday by both Jackson County Sheriff's deputies for failing to appear for first-degree burglary and Eagle Point police for failing to appear for one count each of first-degree and second-degree burglary. Cavagnaro was lodged held for $75,000 bail.

Assault — Nicholas Allen Cook, 43, of the 1500 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Monday for fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse and misdemeanors. Cook was lodged in the Jackson County Jail for $25,000 bail.

Mail theft — Dominic Agapito Earl Fletes, 20, of the 1600 block of Whitman Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Monday for mail theft and a misdemeanor. Fletes is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail, for other offenses.

Contraband — Edward Andreas Jacobson, 34, of no reported address, Ashland. He was arrested by Ashland police for supplying contraband and misdemeanors. Jacobson is being released on his own recognizance.

Theft — Bria Jill Anderson, 31, of the 3700 block of Southeast Carnes, Roseburg. She was arrested by Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for failing to appear for first-degree theft and multiple misdemeanors. No bail information was available.

Burglary — David Matthew Burns, 37, of the 500 block of South Fourth Street, Central Point. He was arrested by Central Point police Monday for first-degree burglary, first-degree theft and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Burns was lodged in the Jackson County Jail for $5,000 bail.

Assault — Andrew Charles Davis, 41, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. Davis was lodged in the Jackson County Jail for $100,000 bail.

Arson – Daniel Jerome Haas, 37, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for second-degree arson, misdemeanor and probation violations. Haas was lodged in the Jackson County Jail for $60,000 bail.

Coercion — Enrique Hernandez-Villa, 38, of Kenwood Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for coercion and misdemeanors. Hernandez-Villa was released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Michael James O’Neill, 37, of the 300 block of Oak Street, Phoenix. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Monday for one count each of unlawful delivery and possession of heroin, one count each of unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor and probation violation. O’Neill was lodged in the Jackson County Jail for $47,500 bail.

Drugs — Taylor Dianne Smith, 25, of the 800 block of Hillview Drive, Ashland. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Monday for failing to appear for unlawful delivery of heroin and misdemeanors. Smith was released on her own recognizance.

Fugitive warrant — Marcus Antonio Valdez, 25, of the 1100 block of Oak Street, Ashland. He was arrested by Ashland police Monday for a fugitive warrant issued in California. Valdez is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Coercion — Dakota Lee Walker, 29, of the 100 block of North Main Street, Ashland. He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for coercion and misdemeanors. Walker was lodged in the Jackson County Jail for $27,500 bail.

Fugitive warrant — Jennifer Ann Achuleta, 39, of no reported address, Ashland. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for a fugitive warrant issued in California. Archuleta is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Strangulation — Avisai Cardena-Torres, 38, of the 700 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse, multiple misdemeanors and violations. Cardena-Torres was lodged in the Jackson County Jail for $65,000 bail.

Drugs — Robert Ray Griffith, 42, of Hornbrook, California. He was arrested by Oregon State Police Wednesday for one count each of unlawful delivery of heroin and methamphetamine as well as misdemeanors. Griffith was released on his own recognizance.

Unlawful firearms possession — Paul K. Hedges, 900 block of South Valley View, Ashland. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for unlawful possession of prohibited firearms or silencers and a misdemeanor. Hedges was released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Moises Rodriguez-Regaldo, 32, of the 400 block of Haven Street, White City. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for failing to appear for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanors and probation violations. Rodriguez-Regaldo was lodged in the Jackson County Jail for $27,500 bail.
