Felony arrests

Identity theft — Joshua Jacob Collins, 32, of the 200 block of Haven Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Thursday for failing to appear for identity theft, first-degree forgery, criminal possession of a forged instrument, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors. Collins was released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Steven Tyler Dingler, 32, of the 500 block of North Street, Castlerock, Washington. He was arrested by Medford police Thursday for a warrant issued in Multnomah County for unlawful possession of heroin and a misdemeanor. Dingler was released on his own recognizance.

Eluding — Orion Santiago Griswold, 20, of Centralia, Washington. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for attempting to elude police by vehicle and misdemeanors. Griswold was released on his own recognizance.

Theft — Joshua Aaron Parker, 47, of the 1500 block of Miracle Lane, Medford. He was arrested by Eagle Point police Thursday for first-degree theft. Parker was released on his own recognizance.

Criminal mischief — Byron Hays Rogers, 37, of no reported address, Medford. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Friday for two counts of first-degree criminal mischief and multiple misdemeanors. Rogers was released on his own recognizance.

Unlawful use of weapon — Sarah Lee Shook, 44, of the 7700 block of Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for unlawful use of a weapon and a misdemeanor. Shook was released on her own recognizance.

Strangulation — Gary John Flint, 60, of the 900 block of Northwest Valley View Drive, Grants Pass. He was arrested by Medford police Saturday for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse and a misdemeanor. Flint is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $10,000 bail.

Eluding — Rebecca Ashley JoAnne Grass, 23, of the 100 block of 4th Street, Talent. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday for attempting to elude police by vehicle and misdemeanors. Grass was released on her own recognizance.
