Felony arrests

Elude — David Michael Demello, 29, of the 6500 block of Crowfoot Road, Trail. Medford police arrested Demello Monday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and a misdemeanor count of reckless driving, on warrants for second-degree theft and failing to appear in court on previous charges of second-degree burglary and second-degree trespassing and for violating his probation on prior convictions of first-degree theft, second-degree burglary, supplying contraband, possessing heroin, delivering methamphetamine, and unlawfully possessing a marijuana item and second-degree trespassing. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $60,000 bail.

Identity Theft — Memory Dawn Griffis, 38, of Huntington Beach, California. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Griffis Tuesday on 29 felony charges including identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and first-degree forgery. She was held in jail Wednesday of $217,500 bail.

Manslaughter — Daisha Deann Izatt, 21, of the 1000 block of Arana Drive, Phoenix. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Izatt Tuesday on warrants charging her with felony counts of first-degree manslaughter and third-degree assault, and misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. She was held in jail Wednesday on $122,500 bail.

Assault — Lucas Zebadiah Miracle, 43, of the 3300 block of Scenic Avenue, Central point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Miracle Tuesday on felony charges of second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and no longer an inmate as of Wednesday.

Identity Theft — Paris Joseph Nolan, 29, of the 500 block of Pine Street, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Nolan Tuesday on warrants charging him with a felony charge of identity theft and misdemeanor counts of unlawfully possessing heroin, second-degree forgery, second-degree possession of a forged instrument, third-degree theft, and second-degree trespassing. He was held in jail Wednesday on $30,000 bail.

Weapons — Spencer Lee Pitts, 34, of Fresno, California. jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Pitts Wednesday on a felony charge of felon in possession of a firearm, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police and on a California felony fugitive warrant. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail.
