Felony arrests

Assault — Seth Roland Camacho, 26, of the 2500 block of Highway 238, Ruch. Medford police arrested Camacho Tuesday on felony charges of fourth-degree assault, strangulation constituting domestic violence and coercion, and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Ariel Marie Huffman, 30, of the 500 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Huffman Tuesday on a felony warrant charging her with first-degree theft.

Burglary — Robert Gene Morgan Jr., 62, of the 16100 block of Highway 62, Eagle Point. On Wednesday, Morgan made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, possession of a prohibited firearm or silencer, attempting to elude police in a vehicle; and misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing, hit-and-run property damage, reckless driving and violating a restraining order. Morgan was originally arrested Tuesday on a felony count of first-degree arson and misdemeanor counts of reckless endangering. He was held in jail Thursday on $320,000 bail.

Elude — Sabrina Dawn Cavagnaro, 35, of the 2100 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Eagle Point police arrested Cavagnaro Wednesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle. She was booked in the jail Wednesday and was no longer an inmate as of Thursday.

Assault — Saul Uriel Nunez, 21, of the first block of Wabash Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Nunez Wednesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence on a pregnant victim. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday after posting bond.

Weapon use — Joshua Allen Pearce, 26, Medford police arrested Pearce Wednesday on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor charges of reckless endangering, unlawfully carrying or concealing a firearm and on a contempt of court charge. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Kevin Robert Petsche, 41, of the 600 block of Kellogg Street, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Petsche Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree theft and unauthorized used of a motor vehicle and on a misdemeanor charge of fraudulently obtaining a signature. He was held in jail Thursday on $20,000 bail.
