Felony Arrests

Assault — Michael Wallen Chrisco, 45, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Chrisco June 30 on felony charges of second-degree assault and strangulation constituting domestic violence, and on misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree assault, harassment, menacing and for violating his parole on a prior conviction for unlawful use of a stun gun, tear gas or mace. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail.

Weapon Use — Dustin Michael Davis, Jr., 29, of the 6100 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Davis June 30 on a felony warrant charging him with unlawful use of a weapon and on misdemeanor warrants for fourth-degree assault and menacing constituting domestic violence, harassment and contempt of court for violating a no-contact order. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Aggravated Theft — Mikayla R. Regula, 26, of the 200 block of North Front Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Regula Friday on felony charges of aggravated first-degree theft, first-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief. She was booked in the jail Friday and was no longer an inmate as of Wednesday.

Suspended Driving — Rafael Alfonso Vela, Jr., 40, of the 4400 block of Hamrick Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Vela Friday on a felony charge of driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked in the jail Friday and was no longer an inmate as of Wednesday.

Theft — Thomas Lee Call, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Call Saturday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and on a detainer for violating his parole on a prior third-degree robbery conviction. He was also charged Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court with new felony counts of third-degree robbery and misdemeanor second-degree theft. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail.

Hit-and-Run — Krysten Leigh McCarty, 25, of the 300 block of South Grape Street, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested McCarty Saturday on a felony charge of hit-and-run to an injured person and misdemeanor charges of reckless driving, driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended or revoked. She was booked in the jail Saturday and released Sunday on her own recognizance.

Elude — Raymondo Molina Jr., 52, of Marrero, Louisiana. Medford police arrested Molina Saturday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft — Harold Floyd Payne, 47, of the 4200 block of Merita Terrace, Central Point. Medford police arrested Payne Saturday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree criminal mischief, and for violating his parole on a prior felon in possession of a firearm conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Strangulation — Eric Richard Moore, 55, of the 200 block of Fourth Street, Ashland. Medford police arrested Moore Sunday on a felony charge of strangulation constituting domestic violence and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was booked in the jail and released Sunday on his own recognizance.

Assault — Kim Slaton, 59, of the 2300 block of Stonefield Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Slaton Sunday on felony charges of second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. She was booked in the jail Sunday and was no longer an inmate as of Wednesday.

Assault — Brandon Scott Thomas, 35, of the 500 block of South Grape Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Thomas Sunday on a felony charge of second-degree assault and on a misdemeanor charge of violating a restraining order. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail.

Elude — Trevarese Levelle Allen, 30, of the 3600 block of Abigail Drive, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Allen Monday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of attempting to elude police by foot, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked in the jail Monday and was no longer an inmate as of Wednesday.

Burglary — Patrick Danielle Flores, 28, of the 100 block of Garfield Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Flores Monday on felony charges of first- and second-degree burglary, possessing burglary tools and first-degree criminal mischief. He was held in jail Wednesday on $30,000 bail.

Sex Offender — Jarvis O.J. Gronholm, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Gronholm Monday on a felony charge of failing to report as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail and released Monday on his own recognizance.

Weapons — Robert Vincent Jones II, 35, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jones Monday on a felony charge of felon in possession of a firearm and a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon. He was booked in the jail Monday and was no longer an inmate as of Wednesday.

Criminal Mischief — Itziar Ortiz Guzman, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Ortiz Guzman Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and was no longer an inmate Wednesday.

Weapon Use — Ronald Alan Castro, 62, no known address. Ashland police arrested Castro Tuesday on felony charges of unlawful use of a weapon and first-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanor charges of menacing, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first- and second-degree trespassing and second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and was no longer an inmate as of Wednesday.

Strangulation — Jonathan Gregory Foulk, 28, of the 1800 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Medford police arrested Foulk Tuesday on felony charges of strangulation and fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, and on a misdemeanor charge of interfering with police. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail.

Robbery — Shauna J. Langford, 34, of the 500 block of Freeman Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Langford Tuesday on felony charges of third-degree robbery and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was held in jail Wednesday without bail.
