Felony arrests

Drugs — Timber Ronald Roady, 30, of the 3100 block of Avenue G, White City. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Roady Friday on a felony charge of possessing less than an ounce of methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of attempting to deliver meth and unlawfully possessing meth, on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing meth, manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin and for violating his parole on a prior meth delivery conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Monday without bail.

Burglary — Joan Lorraine Ferguson, 30, of the 700 block of Nita Lynne, Medford. Medford police arrested Ferguson Saturday on new felony charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and second-degree trespassing. Medford police originally arrested Ferguson May 18 on a felony burglary charge and misdemeanor theft, and was charged in Jackson County Circuit Court June 10 with added counts of first- and second-degree burglary and first- and second-degree theft. She was held in jail Monday without bail.

Robbery — Zachary Charles Gutierrez, 27, of the 2300 block of Ashland Street. Ashland police arrested Gutierrez Saturday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery and misdemeanor charges of unlawfully possessing a firearm or ammunition, fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was held in jail Monday without bail.

Manslaughter — Jonathan Craig Robinson, 33, of the 400 block of Pearl Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Robinson Saturday on felony warrants charging him with new charges of first- and second-degree manslaughter, second-degree assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was held in jail Monday without bail.

Contraband — Dylan Suede McLeod, 23, of the 800 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested McLeod Saturday on felony charges of conspiring to supply contraband and supplying contraband. Medford police originally arrested McLeod Sept. 25 on charges of second-degree murder, second-degree abuse of a corpse, first-degree robbery, unlawful use of a weapon and tampering with evidence. He was held in jail Monday without bail.

Eluding — Sarah Lin Robinson, 35, of the 400 block of Chestnut Street, Ashland. Talent police arrested Robinson Sunday on a charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and reckless driving. She was held in jail Monday without bail.
