Felony arrests

Hit-and-run — Hernan Gijon Garcia, 25, of the 2200 block of Corey Road, Central Point. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Gijon Garcia Sunday on felony charges of failing to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person and unlawfully possessing cocaine and a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Sunday and released Monday on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Christopher Jamison Headrick, 43, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Headrick Sunday on felony charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, theft of services, a misdemeanor charge of first-degree trespassing and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior third-degree theft conviction. He was booked in jail Sunday and released Monday on his own recognizance.

Attempted burglary — Domenic Robert Pritchett, 32, of the 400 block of Midway Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Pritchett Sunday on felony charges of attempted first-degree burglary, attempted first-degree kidnapping, coercion and misdemeanor charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree trespassing, third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault and on a warrant for violating a no-contact order. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.

Burglary — Dennis Jackson Siggins, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Siggins Sunday on felony charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, theft of services and a misdemeanor count of first-degree trespassing. He was booked in jail Sunday and released Monday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Alyonai Russia Uchytil, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Uchytil Sunday on a felony charge of first-degree theft, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, second-degree theft and second-degree trespassing. She was held in jail Monday on $40,000 bail.

Vehicle theft — Laura Catharine Davis, 68, of the 2300 block of Ashland Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Davis Monday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Monday and was no longer an inmate as of Tuesday.

Assault — Amanda Lynette King, 31, of the 800 block of Queens Branch Road, Rogue River. Oregon State Police troopers arrested King Monday on warrants charging her with third-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault. She was booked in jail Monday and was no longer an inmate as of Tuesday.

Aggravated theft — Henry Maldonado, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Maldonado Monday on felony charges of aggravated first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and for violating his parole on a prior conviction for attempting to elude police by vehicle. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.

Robbery — Itziar Ortizguzman, 25, no known address. Central Point police arrested Ortizguzman Monday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Monday on his own recognizance.
