Felony arrests

Assault — Alfredo Daniel Martinez, 32, of Kennewick, Washington. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Martinez Wednesday on warrants charging him with five felony counts of third-degree assault by driving under the influence of intoxicants and misdemeanor counts driving under the influence of intoxicants, fourth-degree assault and reckless driving. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail.

Robbery — Carrie-Michelle C. Miller, 36, of Palo Alto, California. Medford police arrested Miller Wednesday on a felony charge of second-degree robbery, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of driving while suspended or revoked, second-degree trespassing and third-degree theft. She was held in jail Friday on $102,000 bail.

Officer assault — Bryan James Webb, 59, of Eden, North Carolina. Medford police arrested Webb Thursday on a felony charge of assaulting a police officer and misdemeanor charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and harassment. He was held in jail Friday without bail.

Eluding — Scott Bradley Wold, 47, of the 100 block of Haley Street, Medford. Eagle Point police arrested Wold Thursday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was booked in jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.
