Felony arrests

Marijuana — Glenn Raymond Rock, 59, of the 2700 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Rock Monday on a felony charge of unlawfully possessing a marijuana item and misdemeanor charges of attempting to unlawfully deliver a marijuana item and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. Jackson County Community Justice parole and probation officers originally arrested Rock Sunday for violating his parole on a prior vehicle theft conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail.

Identity Theft — Joshua Calvin Crawford, 42, of the 400 block of Oak Street, Phoenix. Central Point police arrested Crawford Tuesday on a felony charge of identity theft and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday without bail.

Elude — Sean Thoran Eason, 50, of the 12200 block of Modoc Road, White City. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Eason Tuesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was held in jail Tuesday on $5,000 bail.

Burglary — Joseph Barnabas Kimmell, 38, of Portland. Medford police arrested Kimmell Tuesday on warrants charging him with felony counts of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief, and misdemeanor charges of initiating a false report, first-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and no longer an inmate as of Wednesday.

Incest — Joshua Remington Pettry, 28, of the 300 block of Broad Street, Butte Falls. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Pettry Tuesday on felony charges of incest, first-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse and soliciting using a child in the display of sexually explicit conduct. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Delbert Samuel Robinson, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Robinson Tuesday on warrants charging him with a felony charge of possessing a Schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday.
