Felony arrests

Criminal mistreatment — Desiree Michelle Kline, 22, of the 1000 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Kline Tuesday on a warrant charging her with a count of first-degree criminal mistreatment. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.

Criminal mistreatment — Christopher F. Scruggs, 28, of Decatur, Georgia. Medford police arrested Scruggs Tuesday on a warrant charging him with first-degree criminal mistreatment. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Impaired driving — Cameron Garfield Voget, 28, of the 2400 block of Ross Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Voget on charges of felony driving under the influence of intoxicants, felony driving while suspended or revoked and hit-and-run causing vehicle property damage. He was booked in jail Tuesday and released Wednesday.

Drugs — Tyler John Chicano, 39, no known address. Chicano made his initial appearance Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on new charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing a Schedule II controlled substance. Medford police originally arrested Chicano Aug. 13 on warrants for failing to appear in court on prior charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine, delivering a Schedule II controlled substance, heroin possession, being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, first- and second-degree trespassing, providing false information to police and third-degree theft. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies additionally arrested Chicano Sunday on a charge of supplying contraband. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Robbery — Michael David Cisneros, 34, of the 5500 block of South Pacific Highway, Phoenix. Central Point police arrested Cisneros Wednesday on a charges of third-degree robbery and second-degree disorderly conduct, as well as on a Medford Municipal Court warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree theft. He was booked in jail Wednesday and no longer an inmate Thursday.

Criminally negligent homicide — Rene Cortes Cortes, 23, of the 2300 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Cortes Cortes Wednesday on a warrant charging her with one count of criminally negligent homicide. She was booked in jail and released Wednesday after posting bond.

Identity theft — Gary Adam Jankowski, 43, of the 200 block of Via Linda Circle, Gold Hill. On Wednesday, Jankowski made an appearance on charges of identity theft, possessing a Schedule II controlled substance, second-degree forgery and second-degree theft. Oregon State Police troopers originally arrested Jankowski Tuesday on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, delivering methamphetamine and violating his probation on a prior heroin possession conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Sex abuse — Nicole Elizabeth Wytcherley, 29, of the 1600 block of Leonard Road, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Wytcherley Wednesday on felony warrants charging her with two counts of first-degree sex abuse. She was held in jail Thursday without bail.
