Felony arrests

Theft — Vincente Venegas-Lares, 52, of the 400 block of West Second Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Venegas-Lares Sunday on a warrant charging him with first-degree theft, second-degree trespassing, second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing and failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Sunday and released Monday on his own recognizance.

Assault — Gabriel Ruben Barnhart, 23, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Barnhart Tuesday on charges of strangulation, felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and on a contempt of court charge for violating a no-contact order. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Alex Adrian Enriquez, 29, of the 500 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Enriquez Tuesday on charges of manufacturing and delivering heroin, felony heroin possession, resisting arrest and for violating his parole on a prior third-degree assault conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Assault — Gary Newcomb Richardson, 40, of the 3500 block of Avenue A, White City. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Richardson Tuesday on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence witnessed by a minor and a charge of harassment. He was booked in jail Tuesday and no longer an inmate as of Thursday.

Burglary — Raymond Anthony Wilson, 55, no known address. On Tuesday, Wilson made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a new charge of first-degree burglary, third-degree theft and first-degree trespassing. Medford police originally arrested Wilson Aug. 23 on charges of first- and second-degree burglary, first-degree theft, aggravated identity theft and for violating his parole on a prior identity theft conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Theft — Tevin Daniel Dominguez, 31, of the 800 block of Silver Fox Drive, Central Point. Dominguez made a Wednesday Circuit Court appearance on a new felony charge of first-degree theft. Medford police originally arrested Dominguez Aug. 25 on a charge of first-degree burglary. He was held in jail Thursday on $25,000 bail.

Theft — Timothy Ryan Kime, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Kime Wednesday on warrants charging him with first-degree theft and first-degree theft by deception. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kime on warrants charging him with attempting to elude police in a vehicle, identity theft, reckless driving and misdemeanor driving while suspended or revoked. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Vehicle theft — Aviva Malka Rosenthal, 33, of the 9600 block of Wagner Creek Road, Talent. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Rosenthal Wednesday on a charge of possessing a stolen motor vehicle and on a Medford Municipal Court warrant for failing to appear on a charge of unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon. She was booked in jail Wednesday and was no longer an inmate Thursday.

Sex offender — Miguel Francisco Villa, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Villa Wednesday on charges of felony failure to report as a sex offender, resisting arrest and for violating his parole on a prior conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.
