Felony arrests

Criminal mischief — Zachary Ryan Estremado, 27, of the 700 block of Galls Creek Road, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Estremado Sunday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree trespassing and second-degree theft. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Sunday and released Monday on his own recognizance.

Weapon use — Bradley William Held, 31, of the first block of Windsor Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Held Sunday on felony charges of unlawful use of a weapon, coercion and menacing constituting domestic violence. He was booked in jail Sunday and no longer an inmate as of Tuesday.

Vehicle theft — Matthew David Maurer, 44, of the 3000 block of West Main Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Maurer Sunday on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and for violating his parole on a prior identity theft conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.

Aggravated theft — Ryan Edward Pascoe II, 23, of the 1600 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Oregon State Police arrested Pascoe Sunday on warrants charging him with aggravated first-degree theft, aggravated identity theft, identity theft, first-degree theft, first-degree forgery, being a felon in possession of a firearm, unlawfully possessing a firearm or ammunition and for violating his parole on a prior reckless endangering conviction. He was booked in jail Sunday and no longer an inmate as of Tuesday.

Attempted assault — John Earl Gray, 39, of the first block of North Orange Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gray Monday on charges of attempted second-degree assault, first-degree criminal mischief, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, hit-and-run property damage, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and for violating his parole on a prior heroin-delivery conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.

Burglary — Chloe Lynette Richardson, 18, of the 2200 block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Richardson Monday on charges of first-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault. She was held in jail Tuesday without bail.
