Felony arrests

Assault — Joaquin A. Garcia Jr., 34, of the 600 block of Brickly Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Garcia Thursday on charges of second-degree assault, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, manufacturing, delivering and possessing a Schedule II controlled substance, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Saturday.

Sexual Abuse — Jeffery Alan Graham, 41, of the 400 block of South Oakdale Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Graham Thursday on four counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was booked in the jail Thursday and no longer an inmate as of Saturday.

Solicitation of murder — Cheryl Ann King, 55, of the 2200 block of Skyview Drive, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested King Thursday on a warrant charging her with solicitation of murder. She was held in jail Saturday.

Drugs — Angelica Marie Rodriguez-Fuller, 26, of the 600 block of Black Oak Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Rodriguez-Fuller on warrants charging her with manufacturing, delivering and felony possessing a Schedule II controlled substance, warrants for failing to appear in court on prior heroin and methamphetamine possession charges and for violating her parole on a prior felony heroin possession conviction. She was held in jail Saturday without bail.

Criminal Mischief — Jessica Rose Sinclair, 36, of the first block of Mill Creek Drive, Prospect. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Sinclair Friday on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief. She was booked in the jail Friday and no longer an inmate Saturday.
