Criminal mischief — Ashley Nicole Guevarra, 35, of the 400 block of North Second Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Guevarra Wednesday on charges of first- and second-degree criminal mischief. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.
Theft — Arreque Jaxiell Stewart, 23, of Lake Oswego. Oregon State Police arrested Stewart Wednesday on a charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.
Vehicle theft — Craton Allan Davis, 45, of the 3900 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies and Ashland police arrested Davis Thursday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, second-degree theft, providing false information to police and for violating his parole on a prior felon in possession of a firearm conviction. He was held in jail Friday.
Assault — Ricardo Antonio Martell, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Martell Thursday on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and harassment. He was held in jail Friday.
Assault — Chasen Arthur Olivera, 38, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Olivera Wednesday on charges of second-degree assault constituting domestic violence and on a Medford Municipal Court warrant for failing to appear on a previous charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. He was additionally charged Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on added counts of second-degree assault, attempted second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. He was held in jail Friday.
