Felony arrests

Criminal mistreatment — Desiree Maria Darlene Brown, 30, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Brown Friday on charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment, second-degree child neglect and recklessly endangering another person. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and no longer an inmate as of Monday.

Trafficking in persons — Eric Lamont Harris, 47, of Clackamas. Medford police arrested Harris Friday on charges of trafficking in persons and first- and second-degree custodial interference. He was held in jail Monday.

Attempted assault — Amanda Marie Lemmon, 33, of the 4600 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lemmon Friday on charges of attempted second-degree assault constituting domestic violence, menacing, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, second-degree trespassing and failing to appear in court on previous charges of misdemeanor unlawful possession of a marijuana item and second-degree trespassing. She was held in jail Monday.

Forgery — Seth Anthony Parrish, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Parrish on a charge of first-degree forgery and a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of first-degree forgery. He was held in jail Friday.

Robbery — Harley James Sharpe, 24, of the 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Sharpe Friday on charges of third-degree robbery, first-degree trespassing and third-degree theft. He was booked in jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Vehicle theft — Robin Lorraine Carson, 44, of the 10100 block of Little Applegate Road, Jacksonville. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Carson on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, first-degree burglary, first-degree trespassing, harassment, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault, contempt of court for violating a no-contact order and on warrants for violating her probation on prior vehicle theft and aggravated theft convictions. She was held in jail Monday.

Identity theft — Joseph Noah Flowers, 44, of Stockton, California. Medford police arrested Flowers Saturday on a charge of identity theft and a California felony fugitive warrant. He was held in jail Monday.

Aggravated theft — Ethan Samuel Garrett, 32, of the 200 block of B Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Garrett Saturday on a charge of aggravated theft. He was booked in jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance.

Murder — Jose Alfredo Satelo-Palma, 38, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Satelo-Palma Saturday on warrants charging him with one count of second-degree murder, three counts of unlawful use of a weapon and two counts of menacing. He was held in jail Monday.

Forgery — Destany Lynn Snook, 24, of the 23600 block of Highway 62, Trail. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Snook Saturday on warrants charging her with first- and second-degree forgery, second-degree possessing a forged instrument and warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of second-degree trespassing, second-degree theft, mail theft and violating her probation on a prior misdemeanor methamphetamine possession conviction. She was held in jail Monday.

Drugs — Aaron Richard Snyder, 40, of the 800 block of Savage Creek Road, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Snyder Saturday on warrants charging him with manufacturing, delivering and felony possessing methamphetamine, manufacturing and delivering meth within 1,000 feet of a school, first-degree child neglect, being a felon in possession of a firearm, new charges of resisting arrest and interfering with police and for violating his probation on prior convictions of being a felon in possession of a firearm, manufacturing meth within a school zone and delivering meth within a school zone. He was held in jail Monday.

Theft — Miguel Francisco Villa, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Villa Saturday on a charge of first-degree theft and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior felony fourth-degree assault conviction. He was held in jail Monday.

Assault — John Lloyd Biles, 39, of the 2300 block of Abbott Avenue, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Biles Sunday on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence witnessed by a minor. He was held in jail Monday.

Hit and run — Javier Oswaldo Castillo-Torres, of Millbrook, New York. Medford police arrested Castillo-Torres Sunday on charges of felony failing to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person and misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was held in jail Monday.

Burglary — Tyrus Shane Jones, 55, of the 100 block of Elk Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Jones Sunday on charges of first-degree burglary and third-degree theft. He was held in jail Monday.

Elude — Molly Jane Williams, 52, of the 600 block of Schieffelin Gulch Road, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Williams Sunday on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, second-degree animal abuse, a Medford Municipal Court warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree theft and for violating her parole on a prior first-degree burglary conviction. She was held in jail Monday.
