Holiday lights brighten the season

If your family likes to pile into the car and drive around checking out holiday light displays, wait no longer. Grab this life, fill up a thermos with hot chocolate, and load up on candy canes. It’s time to go for a drive.

Central Point

1020 Brandon St.: See a railroad-themed holiday light display visible from the sidewalk or car. The display will be lit from 5 to 9 p.m. Dec. 14-15 and Dec. 21-24. The display includes trains running through Santa’s Village, stores, work shops, parks and trees.

Greystone Court: The east Medford street is known for its extensive light displays. The annual display runs from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 21, through Christmas Eve. Residents accept donations of monetary and nonperishable food items for Access. During these four nights, Asante will match up to $5,000 of donations collected from the community at Greystone Court.

Cherry Lane: An annual favorite featuring many vivid displays.

4176 Hemlock Drive: A nice display of lights, snowmen and Santa.

Harry & David Country Village, 1314 Center Drive: A cheery lights display set to music.
