John Nilsen and Swimfish

Pollinator Garden Tour
A self-guided tour of Ashland’s pollinator gardens will run from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday and Sunday, June 29-30, at various locations throughout Ashland. The gardens provide year-round pollen, nectar, forage and habitat for bees, butterflies, flies, moths and hummingbirds. Host gardeners will be available to answer questions. Tickets are $10 for both days; after June 28, tickets are $15 and includes a booklet that serves as a ticket and has garden descriptions and a map. Heather Mae and Cry Matthews
Social justice singer-songwriters Heather Mae and Cry Matthews, accompanied by percussionist JJ “Girlyman” Jones and multi-instrumentalist Joe “Coyote Grace” Stevens, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 29, at Havurah Synagogue, 185 N. Mountain Ave., Ashland. The concert is part of the national Singing OUT Tour that takes place throughout the month of June in honor of Pride month. Rogue Drum Corps International
RogueDCI will feature performances by three world-class drum and bugle corps from across the West: the Blue Devils from Concord, Calif., the Blue Knights of Denver, Colo., and Genesis from Austin, Texas. The performance will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, at Southern Oregon University’s Raider Stadium, 378 Wightman St., Ashland.
