Good Friday held at First Presbyterian, Jacksonville

First Presbyterian Church of Jacksonville will hold a Good Friday service at noon today, April 18, at 425 Middle St.

Easter services will be held at 6:30, 8:55 and 10:30 a.m. Sunday, April 20. Call 541-899-1287.

Good Friday services at Trinity Episcopal Church, 44 N. Second St., Ashland, will begin with prayers at 8 a.m. A reading of the Contemplative Way of the Cross will be held at 11:15 a.m., the liturgy will be read at noon, and quiet contemplation and prayer services will be held from 1 to 3 p.m.

A prayer service will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday, April 19, and an evening service will be held at 8 p.m.
