Bill will be here again
Former President Bill Clinton plans to make one final pass through Southern Oregon to stump for Sen. Hillary Clinton's presidential bid before the May 20 primary, elections officials said.
Campaign officials were tight-lipped Saturday with details, though they did confirm Clinton would appear somewhere in the Rogue Valley early next week.
"We are still in the planning phase, but we do know that he will be in the southern end of the state," said Kamyl Bazbaz Southern Oregon press secretary for the Clinton Campaign.
Julie Edwards, the spokeswoman for the Clinton campaign in Oregon, did not immediately return phone calls Saturday for additional details.
Bill Clinton made an initial Southern Oregon appearance in Medford last month. Sen. Hillary Clinton appeared at the Jackson County Expo Center in Central Point on Thursday.
On Monday Clinton will appear in Astoria, Tillamook, Corvallis and Eugene.
Campaign managers for Barack Obama have said Oregon could put him over the top for pledged convention delegates when ballots are counted May 20.
