Felony arrests

Burglary — Miguel Francisco Villa, 28, of the 200 block of West Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Medford police arrested Villa Thursday on a new felony charge of first-degree burglary and new misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing and attempted second-degree theft. Medford police originally arrested Villa Sept. 10 for violating his parole on a first-degree burglary conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Levi Michael Jonathan Wear, 29, of the 2600 block of Scenic Avenue, Central Point. Medford police arrested Wear Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous meth-possession charge. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Elude — Robert Daniel Hatley, 34, of the 7900 block of Gladstone Avenue, White City. Medford police arrested Hatley Wednesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of attempting to elude police on foot, hit-and-run and reckless driving, and on a detainer for violating his probation on a previous fourth-degree assault charge. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Cary Rhyse Jordahl, 24, of the 500 block of North Keene Way Drive, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Jordahl Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of possessing a Schedule IV controlled substance. She was booked in the jail Thursday and released because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Brianna Marie Jones, 23, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Jones Thursday on a felony charge of heroin possession. She was booked in the jail Thursday and released because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Justin Dwaine Eidem, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Eidem Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of contempt and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Kevin Lloyd Matthiesen, 36, of the 6700 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Matthiesen Thursday on felony charges of distributing and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine and failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday, and on an out-of-county warrant charging misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released on his own recognizance.

Assault — Justin Ashley Senter, 36, of the 400 block of Maple Street, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Senter Thursday on felony charges of fourth-degree assault and strangulation, misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and strangulation, and on a detainer charging probation violation on a previous fourth-degree assault charge. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — Kenneth Michael Sikes, 36, of the 3800 block of Creek Mont Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Sikes Thursday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $7,500 bail.

Driving While Suspended — Anthony James Winsbury, 29, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Winsbury Thursday on felony charges of driving while suspended, first-degree burglary, first-degree theft and methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and for violating his parole on a previous felon in possession of a weapon conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Burglary — Dakota Lee Geer, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Geer Thursday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and second-degree robbery, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous heroin possession charge. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Assault — Michael Allen Naylor, 51, of Tulake, Calif. Talent police arrested Naylor Thursday on felony charges of second- and third-degree assault, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and methamphetamine possession, misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving while suspended, reckless driving, second-degree criminal mischief and for violating his parole on a previous marijuana-distribution conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Sex Offender Registration — Anthony Terrell Owens, 33, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Owens Thursday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender and for violating his parole on a second-degree sexual-abuse conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Court Appearance — Jon Charles Winchester, 59, of the 100 block of Tripp Street, Medford. On Thursday, Winchester made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Justine Priscilla Marie Gonzales, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Gonzales Thursday on a felony warrant charging heroin possession, warrants charging failure to appear in court on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and heroin possession, and for violating her probation on a previous heroin-possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — Christian Joseph Raymond Fort, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Fort Thursday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on a warrant for failing to appear on a previous charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $12,500 bail.

Theft — Gregory Paul Thompson, 37, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Thompson Thursday on two felony warrants charging first-degree theft, and on misdemeanor warrants charging second-degree theft and driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $45,000 bail.

Forgery — Brandon Isaiah Renfro, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Renfro Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree forgery, a misdemeanor charge of first-degree possession of a forged instrument, and on out-of-county warrants charging first-degree burglary and heroin possession. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $115,000 bail.

Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Gallo Thursday on a felony charge of heroin possession, felony warrants charging heroin possession and first-degree theft, and a misdemeanor charge of possessing a concealed knife. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $42,500 bail.
