Felony arrests

Vehicle theft — Joe Manuel Garcia, 24, of the 3000 block of Cummings Lane, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Garcia on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on a warrant for failing to appear on a drug charge. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Drugs — Emmett Normal Calhoun, Jr., 31, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Calhoun on charges of possession of methamphetamine and furnishing false information to police as well as warrants for failing to appear on previous drug, robbery, theft and other charges. He was lodged Monday in jail on $55,000 bail.

Drugs — Salvador Sealy Salazar, 27, of Los Angeles. Medford police Monday arrested Salazar on charges of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine and attempting to elude police in a vehicle. He was lodged Monday in jail on $507,500 bail.

Drugs — Clara Marie Rodgers-Kloes, 30, of the 900 block of Beekman Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Rodgers-Kloes on a warrant charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Nichole Marie Schlosser, 27, of the 1100 block of Mayfair Place, Central Point. Medford police Monday arrested Schlosser on charges of possession of heroin, possession of contraband and on a warrant for failing to appear on a charge of improper use of 911. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Christian Lee Nelson, 22, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Nelson on charges of possession of methamphetamine, interfering with a police report and on a warrant for failing to appear on a first-degree theft charge. He was lodged Monday in jail on $20,000 bail.

Drugs — Troy Aaron Behnke, 21, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Behnke on a charge of possession of heroin and for violating the conditions of his probation on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.

Crime reports

Theft — First block of Grape Street, Medford. Medford police too a report of the theft of two cellphones and a pair of sunglasses in a purse. The loss was valued at $1,240.

Theft — 1500 block of Larkspur Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 8:48 a.m. Sunday of the theft of a camera and lenses from a vehicle that also had a window vandalized. The loss was valued at $1,402.

Vandalism — 700 block of Stevens Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 7:46 a.m. Sunday of vandalism to a landscaping sprinkler system. The loss was valued at $1,000.
