Felony arrests

Drugs — Sean Fredrick Niemi, 51, of the 100 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Niemi on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and warrants for failing to appear on two previous drug charges. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Vehicle theft — Austin James Carpenter, 24, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Carpenter on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and an out-of-county warrant for violating the conditions of his parole from a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Drugs — John David Glandon, 44, of the 5000 block of Whitmore Avenue, Talent. Medford police Monday arrested Glandon on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his probation on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.

Drugs — James Allen Williams, Sr., 30, of the 1300 block of Twin Rocks Drive, Central Point. Medford police Monday arrested Williams on charges of possession of methamphetamine and second-degree theft. was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Nicole Leann Helling, 26, of the 2700 block of Falcon Street, White City. Medford police Monday arrested Helling on charges of possession of heroin and methamphetamine. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Eric Martin Siebold, 25, of the 400 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Siebold on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a previous vehicle-theft conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 2500 block of Howard Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 12:09 a.m. Sunday of the theft of a ring and a television from a vehicle . The loss was valued at $2,000.

Theft — 1300 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 6:32 a.m. Monday of the theft of a refrigerators and miscellaneous tools. The loss was valued at $2,425.
