Seed and Scion Faire: The Seed and Scion Faire will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at the Bellview Grange, 1050 Tolman Creek Road, Ashland. Short presentations about seeds, soil, plant propagation and pollinators will be presented from 10 a.m. to noon. Free seeds, agricultural and garden vendors, kids’ activities and more will be available from noon to close. Look for live music and refreshments.

Medford Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt: The Kiwanis Club of Medford and sponsor Lithia Motors will host the club’s 77th annual Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 31, at Pear Blossom Park, at E. Fifth and North Bartlett streets in Medford. Families are advised to arrive 15 minutes early. Four separate hunts will occur: ages 0-3 plus disabled children, ages 4-5, ages 6-7 and ages 8-10. Children will scoop up 10,000 candy treats in minutes. The Easter Bunny will hand out balloons and be available for photos. Call 541-776-5031.

Central Point Eggstravaganza: Kids can hunt for more than 20,000 eggs at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 31, at Twin Creeks Park, 555 Twin Creeks Crossing Loop, Central Point. Activities from 10 a.m. to noon include free games, photos with the Easter Bunny and prizes. The egg hunt is split up into three age groups: ages 3 and under , ages 4-6 and ages 7-9. Eagle Point Egg Hunt: The hunt for candy, toothbrushes and stuffed animals begins at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 31, at a Crater Charter School sports field at E. Main Street and South Shasta Avenue, Eagle Point. Families are encouraged to arrive early. Groups are ages 2 and younger, 3-4, 5-7, 8-9, 10-11 and special needs. Please hunt in your designated group area only and be sure to bring your own basket. One stuffed animal per child. No dogs. The Easter Bunny will be available for photos. Call 541-944-2446.

Phoenix Easter Egg Hunt: The city of Phoenix and Jackson County Fire District 5 present an Easter egg hunt at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 31, at Phoenix High School, 745 N. Rose St. Egg hunters will be divided into groups from toddlers through age 11. The event includes prizes, face painting, fire trucks, refreshments by Iron Skillet Restaurant & Bakery, drawings for gift baskets, Easter buckets for kids while supplies last and child fingerprint kits for parents from the Phoenix Police Department. Service animals only.

Benefit Dinner: Crater Renaissance Academy Drama and Dance will host a benefit dinner to raise money for Crater High School students to visit Edinburgh, Scotland. Look for a spring harvest-style dinner created by chef Neil Clooney of Smithfields Resturant and Smithfield Pub and Pies. Clooney will use products from Rogue Creamery, Cherry Street meats and Fry family Farm, and there will be wines from Quady North winery and Valley View winery. Dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at the Fry Family Store, 2184 Ross Lane, Central Point. Tickets are $80. Sinne Eeg and Larry Koonse: Danish jazz vocalist Sinne Eeg and guitarist Larry Koonse will perform at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at Paschal Winery, 1122 Suncrest Road, Talent. Eeg 2014 album, “Face the Music,” won a Danish Music Award for Best Jazz Vocal, along with a Ben Webster Prize and a Prix du Jazz. Pear Blossom Run: Register for the 42nd Annual YMCA Pear Blossom Run happening April 14, in downtown Medford. There will be a 10-mile race, a 10-mile handcycle or wheelchair race, a 5K race and 1- and 2-mile fun runs. Registration is $30, $23 or $8 for the 10-mile, 5K and fun runs, respectively. Registration will be $40 for the 10-mile and $33 for the 5K after April 8. Proceeds benefit YMCA’s programs for low-income kids, teens, families and seniors. Ashland Rotary Easter Egg Hunt: The Rotary Club of Ashland presents its annual Easter egg hunt at 1 p.m. Sunday, April 1, by the tennis courts in Lithia Park along Winburn Way. Families are encouraged to arrive early. The hunt will be over in a minute or two. Kids in age groups of 2 and younger, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8 and 9-10 years old will hunt for more than 3,000 Willamette Egg Farm eggs boiled and dyed by Southern Oregon University dining hall staff, candy and two golden eggs good for special prizes. The Easter Bunny will be available for photos.
