Merkley town hall planned for Jackson County
U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley will touch on his work in Washington, D.C., and answer questions next week at an online town hall geared toward constituents in Jackson County.
The meeting will be at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, via Zoom and conference call, according to a press release issued by Merkley’s office.
Merkley stated in the release that the ideas shared in town halls “inform the solutions that I fight to get into federal law.” He has held a town hall in each of Oregon’s 36 counties every year since joining the Senate in 2009.
