Strangulation — Donald Ramsey Atkins, 39, of the 700 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Atkins Sunday on charges of felony strangulation constituting domestic violence and misdemeanor harassment. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail.
Identity theft — Ariel Marie Huffman, 31, of the 500 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. Huffman made an appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a new charge of identity theft. Medford police originally arrested Huffman Sunday on charges of second-degree forgery and a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of first-degree theft. She was held in jail Tuesday on $15,000 bail.
Identity theft — Tyler Benjamin Vega, 30, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. Vega made a Circuit Court appearance Monday on a new charge of identity theft. Medford police originally arrested Vega Sunday on a charge of second-degree forgery and violating his probation on a prior unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.
Burglary — Esteban Picos Mendoza, 65, of Chimacum, Washington. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Mendoza Monday on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree trespassing and misdemeanor theft of services. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.
