Thank you to many

All of us at 1st Phoenix Community Center wish to thank all of the volunteers who keep our programs up and running! Thank you, money donors! Pantry and clothing closet volunteers, Phoenix Food Project green bag donors and coordinators. Thank you ACCESS and local grocers who participate in the Oregon Food Bank’s Fresh Alliance program. We appreciate all the produce, bread, dry goods, mark-downs.

Thank you Ray’s Market Stuff the Truck: 104 donors in a tight money year in Phoenix. Thank you Rogue Food Unites and volunteers: months of delivering free lunches and dinners to fire victims in our valley. Thank you closet cleaners who bring gently used clothing and shoes. Everyone loves shopping!

Just amazing how many believe: give and you shall receive. Ongoing major thanks to the foundations who have provided us with grant funds for food, undies, building repairs and uplifting support. Gratitude to all.

Thanks for new trail

While walking along the bike path on Siskiyou Boulevard going toward Bear Creek, we noticed a new trail going right beside the creek that was covered with wood chips/sawdust.

What a great idea! So nice to be that close to the creek, it’s beautiful. Thank you, city Parks and Recreation.
