Jails are for criminals

There have been several articles in the paper over the last few weeks that seem to be pushing the idea that jails would be a good place for addiction recovery.

Jails need to be for criminals. Drug addicts need a separate facility far away from their drug addict friends and dealers. I’m sure for very little money a site could be found in rural Eastern Oregon where the jobs involved in the facility would be welcome.
