The Fiasco tasting room is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and offers 100% estate grown and bottled wine. Fiasco ferments small lots of Syrah, Sangiovese, Zinfandel, Syrah Rose', Super Tuscan, and unique annual blends such as the 2007 Rogallo Red. The Summer Whites are Chardonnay and White Riesling. Three Bordeaux wines; Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Claret are labeled under Fiasco's Jacksonville Vineyards label and poured in the tasting room as well.

Also available to taste are Fiasco's Infused Balsamic Vinegars that start with 18 year old Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, Italy. They are then infused with herbs, fresh fruits and zests to create amazing full bodied and great flavored vinegars in flavors such as Lemon Sauvignon, Lime Sauvignon, Tangerine Balsamic, Fig Balsamic and Garlic Balsamic.
