Roasted Beet Hummus

3/4 cup cooked Great Northern beans

1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas

1/2 cup chopped, roasted beets

1 garlic clove, peeled and smashed

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons Coastal Blend Seasoning, available at The Spice & Tea Exchange

3/4 teaspoon Brazilian Atlantic Sea Salt, available at The Spice & Tea Exchange

In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients. Process until smooth. Store in refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.
