The Oregon Department of Revenue will begin providing walk-in services at most of its field offices, including one in Medford, without requiring an appointment starting Monday.

Taxpayers will be able to conduct business at customer service windows in the lobby of the ODR’s main Salem office and its field offices in Medford, Bend, Gresham and Eugene. The Medford office, which will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., is located at 3613 Aviation Way, Suite 102.

Customers will not be required to wear face coverings or follow previous physical distancing protocols. Appointments for in-person assistance can be scheduled on the “contact us” page at Oregon.gov. The department also expanded features available through Revenue Online. Individuals can view letters sent to them by the department, initiate appeals, make payments and submit questions.

To get tax forms, check the status of a refund or make payments, visit www.oregon.gov/dor or email questions.dor@oregon.gov.
