Robert Dale Breeze

Robert Dale Breeze

Robert Bob Breeze went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Saturday, December 2, 2006 surrounded by family and loving friends. Robert was born September 26, 1962 in Gold Beach, Oregon to Wayne and Sharon Breeze. He was the second of four children and always the big brother.

In 1971, the Breeze family moved to Ashland, Oregon, where Bob excelled as a student and athlete, graduating from Ashland High School in 1981. Bob attended the University of Oregon, Southern Oregon University and finally Oregon Institute of Technology. Bob held a degree in Business from SOU and an X-ray Technician's degree from OIT.

Bob excelled in sports early on in baseball, tennis, and skiing. He spent many summers on the Oregon Coast, camping at Klamath Lake, Lake of the Woods and around the Rogue Valley. Bob was most proud of striking out 16 batters in an All Star Little League baseball game and would tell anyone who would listen.

Many friends and family will miss Bob calling them daily to talk and find out How are you doing.

Bob's gift to us was his courageous battle that eventually took his life. Bob battled his colon cancer as long as he could with a smile and a story for all he saw. His upbeat outlook during his fight was an inspiration to family and friends alike. Plagued by illness his adult life, Bob never got down or complained about his situation. For the loved ones that saw the terrible toll it took on Bob's body, one could not tell by his smile and disposition.

Family and friends will long to hear the phone ring one more time with Bob's cheery voice on the other end, Hi, how are you doing?

Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Breeze and is survived by his grandfather, John Breeze; father, Wayne Breeze; siblings, Candice Stroveve and family of Portland, James Breeze and family of Medford and Molly Montgomery and family of Ashland.

Our family would like for all to visit Robert's online memorial at www.americanmemorials.com and share with us.
