Alice Virginia Jasmann (Morton-Martin), 88, of Medford, died March 28, 2007 at her residence.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 2nd, at Perl Siskiyou Memorial Park, Pastor Lee Gregory of Medford Neighborhood Church officiating. A memorial pot-luck will follow after service at the Neighborhood Church, 1819 Stewart Ave., Medford.

Alice was born February 19, 1919 in Yreka, Calif. to Harry Morton (Martin) and Mable Haun (step-father Frank Haun). She was raised in Riddle, Ore. and then moved to the Rogue Valley where she married William L. Jasmann in 1938. She worked for Rogue River Cannery, Pinnacle Packing Company, Cascade Wood Products and retired from Bear Creek Corp.

She loved to listen to the old time fiddlers and go to the dances. She loved to go hunting with her family and work in her garden.

She is survived by her sister, Viola Haun of Canyonville, Ore.; daughters, Carolyn Rodriguez, of Medford, Donna V. King, of Sparks, Nev.; 6 grandchildren, Randy Gundlach, Frances Threets and Tony Rodriguez, all of Medford, William King, of North Carolina, Jimmy King, of Washington and 8 great-grandchildren, Tino, O'Brien, Sedale, Whitney, Lanie, Talon, Alexander and Harrison.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Jasmann, grandson, Tracy Gundlach and son-in-law Charles King, brothers, Harry Morton (Martin), Jack Haun, Jimmy Haun, Teddy Haun; sisters, Mickey Cass Morton (Martin), May Morton (Martin), Viola Haun, Erma Spencer (Haun).
