Daylene Cowger, 72, of Eagle Point, Ore., was born in Parsons, Kans., to Thomas and Phylene Farran on October 25, 1937. She died on April 9, 2010, in Medford, Ore.
Daylene and Jim Cowger were married July 11, 1954, in Las Vegas, Nev. She loved to do hobbies and crafts, but was best known for the beautiful dresses she made.
Daylene was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was loved and adored by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
Daylene was preceded in death by brothers, Thomas Farran, William Farran and Joseph Farran. She is survived by husband, Jim; two children, James Cowger and Debra Howard; her seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Friday, April 16, 2010, at 1:00 p.m., at Eagle Point National Cemetery. There will be a gathering for family and friends to follow at the family home.
