Julie Marie Silva Hunt
Julie was born at Rogue Valley Hospital in Medford, Ore., Nov. 8th, 1974 to Lynn (Silva) Campbell and Mike Silva Sr.
Julie was very active and athletic. She attended North Medford High School along with her twin sister, Jodie. She made the Varsity Soccer team in her freshman year.
After High School she moved to Portland to attend school. A few years later she returned to Medford and married Greg Hunt. Their wonderful daughter, Sara Hunt, was born March 31st, 1999.
Julie was also very artistic and delighted the family with her wonderful drawings she would send in holiday cards which have left us with precious memories.
She loved to camp and her favorite place was Diamond Lake, especially on 4th. of July with all the family.
To lose an identical twin sister is especially difficult for Jodie, who severely feels the void.
Julie lived the last ten years of her life in the Eugene area until she came home to spend her final days in the Medford home she grew up in.
Julie lost her fight with cancer and left behind a huge family that will miss her terribly. Her daughter Sara was the most important person in her life.
Julie had five siblings, three sisters and two brothers, Lisa, Siene, Jodie, Michael and David. Her mother, Lynn, her step-father Herb Campbell, her dad, Mike, grandparents, Virginia and Don Burket, her aunts and uncles, several nieces and nephews, cousins and in-laws. We all feel the pain of a life cut off too short. But we are at peace as we know she went home to be with her Lord as she spent her final days dedicating her heart to Jesus, the Saviour she grew up with.
We miss you. We love you and we will see you again in eternity.
