Leslie Phillip Linn Sr.

Leslie Phillip Linn was laid to rest November 6, 2015 in a military service at the National Cemetery in Phoenix, Ariz. with Pastor Dale Slocum officiating.
Leslie was born in Myrtle Point, Ore. to Leland and Edna Fay Linn November 30, 1924. He died at the age of 90, at home, with his daughter by his side.
Leslie was married to his high school sweetheart, Eleanor Lucas, before being deployed to Italy to serve his country in the Army in World War II. They were married for 61 years.
Leslie (more commonly known as 'Phil') worked as a technical engineer for television stations. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and ham rig operations. He was a member of Gideon International and a member of Bethel Assembly of God Church in Medford, Ore. for many years.
He is survived by his sons, Leslie Linn and Glenn Wharregard; his daughter, Rebecca Grady. He was blessed with five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor; his brother, Don Linn; and his sister, Lela Eliason.
Phil had a wonderful sense of humor and he is remembered with love by his family and friends.
