Clarine Lynn-Lee Hackett

Clarine Lynn-Lee Hackett passed away peacefully from complications of stroke, February 14, 2018 in Medford, Oregon.
Born January 6, 1948 to Donna Lee Hackett Bray and Donald Dean Hackett in Alliance, Nebraska, Clarine spent her formative years growing up on the Applegate River. She attended Ruch Elementary and Medford Senior High. After marrying Jerry Fellows of Medford, Ore., they moved to Coos Bay and started a family; later raising two daughters in Klamath Falls. Clarine returned to the Rogue Valley after the termination of their marriage.
She led a productive life, working in a variety of industries from floral design to entrepreneurial endeavors, and prior to retirement, worked at Rogue Valley Medical Center and Ashland Community Hospital.
Gardening, oil painting, ceramics, sewing, scrapbooking, and woodworking were just a few of her artistic passions. Clarine enjoyed traveling and camping, but most of all, her multiple trips to Disneyland with her family.
Throughout life, Clarine easily made friends wherever she ventured and will be missed by those many friends and loved ones for her love of fun and sense of humor.
Clarine is survived by her daughters, Lori (Fellows) Maudlin (Matt), and Jennifer (Fellows) Devenport; grandchildren, Chad, Morgan, and Jacelin; brothers, Dan Hackett (Carol Sue) and Gordon Hackett; sisters-in-law, Sherri Hines and Vicki Burtis; brother-in-law, Bob Fellows (Judy); and multiple nieces and nephews.
A memorial open house potluck will be held Saturday, February 24 from noon to 3:00 p.m. at the home of Bob and Judy Fellows, 2950 Philips Way, Central Point.
