Felony arrests

Vehicle Theft — Alexander Vidal Aguirre, 22, of the 200 block of King Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Aguirre Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, misemeanor charges of resisting arrest, interfering with police and contempt of court for violating a no-contact order, and warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of menacing, reckless endangering, fourth-degree assault and harassment charges. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released Sunday on his own recognizance.

Weapons — Kyle Wayne Crandell, 30, of the 1400 block of Flower Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Crandell Saturday on felony charges of felon in possession of a firearm and altering or obliterating a firearm ID number, amisdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing a firearm or ammunition, and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of unlawfully possessing heroin. He was held in jail Saturday on $30,000 bail.

Aggravated Theft — Jessica Briana Martin, 33, of the 4600 block of South Fork Little Butte Creek Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Martin Saturday on felony warrants charging her with aggravated first-degree theft and first-degree theft, and on a misdemeanor warrant charging her with second-degree criminal mischief. She was booked in the jail and released Saturday on her own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft — Kaidyn John Weigert, 23, of the 2500 block of Falcon Street, White City. Central Point police arrested Weigert Saturday on a felony warrant charging him with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court for violating a no-contact order and on misdemeanor warrants charging him with second-degree disorderly conduct, fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was held in jail Saturday on $15,000 bail.
