Identity theft — Michael Shane Acres, 40, of the 2400 block of Roberts Road, Medford. He was charged Wednesday with identity theft and two counts of tampering with a witness. He has been in the Jackson County Jail since September for six counts of aggravated identity theft, identity theft, fourth-degree domestic abuse and attempting to elude police by vehicle. Acres is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $552,500 bail.
Theft — Lacey Jane Bryant-Lovrin, 33, of the 23600 block of Highway 62, Trail. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for first-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief, unauthorized use of an automobile and a parole violation of unlawful possession of heroin as well as misdemeanor charges. Bryant-Lovin is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Drugs — Kevin Lyle Cory, 50, of the 12600 block of Duggan Road, Central Point. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and parole violation, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine. Cory is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Drugs — Marcus Alllen Fulton, 31, of the 100 block of First Street, Prospect. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies for two counts of unlawful possession of heroin, attempting to elude police by vehicle and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle as well as misdemeanor charges. Fulton is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $43,000 bail.
Burglary — Joshua James Jennings, 25, of the 500 block of Clay Street, Ashland. He was arrested by Ashland Police Wednesday for two counts of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief as well as a misdemeanor charge. Jennings was released on his own recognizance.
Criminal mistreatment — Tiffany Lynn Rangel, 27, of the 500 block of Asante Court, Medford. She was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for first-degree criminal mistreatment. No bail information for Rangel was available.
