Felony arrests

Not reporting as sex offender — Miguel Joseph Barron, 41, of the 5500 block of South Pacific Highway, Phoenix. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for falling to report as a sex offender, for failing to appear on the charge of not reporting as a sex offender as well as misdemeanors. Barron was released on his own recognizance.

Fugitive warrant — Richard Charles Everly III, 39, of no reported address, Central Point. He was arrested by Central Point police for a fugitive warrant issued in California. Everly is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Criminal mischief — Daniel Jerome Haas, 36, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for failure to appear on first degree criminal mischief and misdemeanors. Haas is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $15,005 bail.

Theft-criminal mistreatment — Javar Dupree Johnson, 29, of the 200 block of Arnwood Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Friday for fraudulent use of a credit card, two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment, two counts of identity theft, two counts of first-degree forgery, three counts of second-degree burglary, five counts of first-degree theft and misdemeanors. Johnson is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $122,500 bail.

Drugs — Michael Joseph Laybourne, 42, of the 300 block of Candice Drive, Eagle Point. He was arrested by Central Point police Thursday for failing to appear on two charges: unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of less than one ounce of methamphetamine. Laybourne was released on his own recognizance.

Not reporting as sex offender — Zachary Brice May, 35, of no reported address. He was arrested by Medford police for failing to report as a sex offender, a misdemeanor and parole violation. May is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
