The Klamath Bird Observatory and the Northwest Nature Shop are sponsoring free monthly bird walks around the Rogue Valley. The bird walks occur every first Saturday of the month. They are led by an experienced birder from the Klamath Bird Observatory.
Saturday: Wild Birds Unlimited and the Klamath Bird Observatory will host a free bird walk along the Bear Creek Greenway from 8 a.m. to noon. They will visit Medford's Bear Creek Park, Hawthorne Park and Mingus Marsh and learn more about the birds in our local riparian areas. Please call to register at 770-1104.
