OREGON OUTDOORS VIDEO: Fly tying the rain away, pt. 1

When you get to Dodge Bridge at the Rogue River, and you find the boat ramp underwater, it's time to change your plans. With 12,000 cubic feet per second coming into the Rogue, you're not fishing that day.
